- Write fair contracts and warranties which comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and honor our agreements fully
- Advertise truthfully
- Communicate clearly, honestly and promptly
- Make sure our clients understand from the beginning, exactly what we will be doing for them, and what we will not
- Be honest in all our communications with clients and admit when we’ve made mistakes
- Respond to our clients’ questions or concerns promptly
- Be the experts our clients have hired us to be
- Keep current on best practices in the field
